We are looking for a creative and results-driven Web Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance the bank's digital presence through effective website development and maintenance, alongside strategic social media management with a strong focus on LinkedIn/social media client engagement. The role aims to increase brand visibility, promote company activities, and ensure a strong, professional corporate image aligned with banking standards.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development & Digital Platforms
- Develop, maintain, and update the company's corporate website and related digital platforms.
- Ensure website security, optimal performance, responsiveness, and compliance with data protection and regulations.
- Implement website updates in line with marketing campaigns, corporate announcements, and brand guidelines.
- Monitor website performance, analytics, and user experience, and prepare performance reports.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
Social Media & LinkedIn Management
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn-focused /social media strategy aligned with the company's corporate and business objectives.
- Plan, create, and publish regular content showcasing company activities, products, services, and thought leadership.
- Manage client engagement on LinkedIn/tiktok/ Facebook/twitter/Instagram, including comments, messages, and inquiries, in a professional and timely manner.
- Grow audience reach, engagement, and brand visibility through consistent posting and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to capture and promote corporate events, initiatives, and milestones.
- Monitor social media analytics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Compliance & Brand Management
- Ensure all digital content complies with corporate regulations, communication standards, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain a consistent and professional corporate image across all digital channels.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in web development and social media management, in a corporate or banking environment.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn and other social media pages management and client engagement.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Good understanding of web security, analytics tools, and digital performance reporting.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
