Our client is seeking a proactive and target-oriented Retail Trade Developer to promote and sell our range of paints, coatings, primers, and related products. The role involves visiting paint dealers, hardware stores, & other retail outlets to expand market presence and achieve sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit paint dealers, distributors, and hardware shops

• Promote interior, exterior, industrial, and decorative paint products

• Develop new dealers and strengthen relationships with existing customers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct product demos and explain application techniques to painters

• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities

• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment collections

• Prepare daily sales and visit reports

Minumum Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing or a related business discipline

• 3–5 years’ experience in retail sales, specifically within building materials

• Strong familiarity with the Central Region market

• Possession of a valid, active driving license
