To monitor fleet vehicles, report, and action ALL deviances, delays, and changes
Watch over:-drivers driving behaviours, goods/asset/human security, violations, deviations, incidents and accidents, highway bottlenecks to enable seamless and on-time goods delivery to the stores.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all company vehicles are accounted for and operating in accordance with approved travel plans and schedules.

Monitor truck and fleet vehicle movements to ensure operational efficiency and security compliance.

Respond to and manage calls from the Driver Security Support Line, providing timely assistance and escalation where required.

Manage and secure vehicle accident scenes to ensure the safety of personnel, cargo, and company assets.

Safeguard goods in transit by monitoring unauthorized stops, rear-lock systems, and route deviations.

Monitor driver behavior, identify driving violations, and prepare accurate incident and compliance reports.

Monitor traffic conditions and advise drivers on approved routes, including alternative routing during highway bottlenecks or disruptions.

Act as the primary company liaison with law enforcement agencies, fire services, and other emergency response teams during incidents.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in supply chain management or related field
- 4+ years of experience in fleet tracking operations in the supply chain industry or a company with massive haulage activities.
- Knowledge of the Traffic Act and its application to fleet management
