Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain strict control and accountability of vehicle keys.

Track and manage driver reporting times, escalating late arrivals or no-shows, and adjusting driver schedules when required.

Conduct staff briefings by issuing keys, paperwork, inspection forms, and gate passes to ensure on-time departures.

Respond to driver and store support line inquiries and take appropriate action.

Coordinate with the surveillance team to communicate and action any delays or operational changes.

Conduct staff debriefs, verify compliance with schedules and SOPs, report any non-compliance to the Fleet Compliance Manager, and release staff at shift completion.

Monitor, record, and report all departure, arrival, and return trips to the Distribution Centre.

Allocate vehicles to delivery tickets and coordinate with drivers for execution.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of all ticket documentation (TOS) to meet departure deadlines.

Achieve departmental KPIs, particularly on-time delivery targets.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in fleet planning and cordination and supply chain tracking.
- Familiarity with fleet management systems and logistics software is desirable.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations.
