The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will play a vital role in supporting the estimation and cost management processes for our painting services. S/He will work closely with our quantity surveying team to ensure accurate project cost projections, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Calculate the required paint quantities for various projects.

Assist in estimating expenses for materials, labor, and equipment.

Coordinate with painters for site sampling and workforce planning.

Contribute to the development of project budgets.

Support material procurement and supplier management in line with the approved budget.

Aid in preparing project documents, such as quantity surveying reports, progress updates, and cost variance reports.

Use ERP systems and related tools to improve measurement efficiency and ensure well-organized project records.
Minimum Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

2–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction project management.

Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail, capable of conducting precise quantity take-offs and accurate cost assessments.
