Roles & Responsibilities:
- Receive requisition from the salesperson to remove an item for the client for the purpose of conducting a sale
- Ensuring the requisition/item requested has been charged in the system or returned by the salesperson
- Ensure the store is well arranged and items can be easily retrieved.
- Create a simple storage system for items.
- Reordering of stock for the respective section through the K8 system/ the store supervisor
- Ensure proper stock take is done for the section on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as required
- To check on all returned items that had been requested by the salesperson to make sure they are not damaged.
- To sign the invoice when the item is returned
- To keep a proper record of all stock in the respective store before and after stock taking
- To keep the store clean and presentable.
- To issue items as per the pick note for inter-branch transfer.
- Confirm that all the items requested are not damaged.
- To assist in packaging and dispatch as per the order request when needed.
- Preparing reports as required
- Knowledge of the store fast fast-moving items and replenishment to ensure the customer does not miss out on the items.
- Keep a proper record of all damaged items for the purpose of returning to the seller or selling at a low cost, and separate the items from the rest of the stock.
Minimum Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma level of Education required
- 3+ years’ experience in the automotive /Vehicle Spare Parts/ Garage industry
