Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble Chinese prime movers, primarily Shacman trucks, from CKD (Completely Knocked Down) kits or CBU (Complete Built Up) units.
• Follow detailed technical drawings, work instructions, and torque specifications during assembly.
• Install drivetrains, chassis components, electrical systems, suspensions, fuel systems, and cabin parts.
• Conduct basic pre-delivery inspections and functional tests after assembly.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues during the build process.
• Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are maintained throughout the assembly process.
• Maintain proper use of hand tools, lifting equipment, and diagnostic tools.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in truck or heavy vehicle assembly. Chinese truck brands, preferred
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in commercial vehicles.
• Physically fit and able to work in a workshop or industrial environment
