Job Summary: The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring the software development team adheres to Agile/Scrum principles and practices. The Scrum Master will work closely with the Product Owner and Development Team to facilitate the delivery of high-quality software products, while also continuously improving the team's performance and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Agile/Scrum process and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and values
• Coach the Development Team and Product Owner on Agile/Scrum practices and principles
• Assist the Product Owner with product backlog management and prioritization
• Schedule and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings
• Ensure that the Development Team delivers high-quality software products within the agreed-upon Sprint timeframe
• Track and report progress to stakeholders using Agile/Scrum metrics and tools
• Identify and remove impediments or obstacles that may prevent the Development Team from achieving their goals
• Work with the Development Team to continuously improve their performance and efficiency
• Ensure the team is continuously learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related studies
• 4+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile
• Coach in a software development environment
