Our client, a dairy processing company, is seeking to hire a proactive and meticulous Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily delivery activities across our FMCG distribution network. S/He will ensure goods are dispatched efficiently and on time, maintain accurate records, collaborate closely with sales and warehouse departments, and maintain high standards in delivery accuracy, fleet management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily dispatch activities to guarantee on-time deliveries.

• Supervise drivers and loading staff to ensure high delivery accuracy and smooth operations.

• Track fleet usage, fuel efficiency, and vehicle maintenance requirements.

• Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to confirm order accuracy before dispatch.

• Review all dispatch documentation—including delivery notes, invoices, and route schedules—for completeness and correctness.

• Ensure all dispatch activities align with company policies, transport laws, and customer expectations.

• Maintain precise dispatch records and prepare daily or weekly reports on deliveries, fleet condition, and performance indicators.

• Assist with internal audits and implement corrective actions to address dispatch-related issues.

• Monitor the movement of goods and reconcile any returned items or discrepancies.

• Lead, guide, and motivate the dispatch team to meet daily delivery goals.

• Hold routine briefings and ensure all team members follow safety standards and compliance guidelines.

• Provide coaching and training to improve team performance and discipline.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in dispatch or logistics operations in the FMCG cold chain products.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, route planning, and warehouse coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using SAP or warehouse management systems (WMS).
