Key Responsibilities:

• Leading in maintaining and repairing factory equipment
• Participating in designing autonomous and preventive maintenance plans
• Overhauling and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment, including machine tools, conveyors, centrifugal pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulic equipment, to eliminate downtime and defects
• Monitoring machine performance, eliminating breakdowns, and minor stops,
• Fabrication, welding, and Fittings
• Preparing and maintaining Maintenance reports
• Raising requisitions for the required parts
• Interpreting plans/drawings and fabricating.
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned

Minimum Qualification:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Final proficiency certificate with more than 10 years of hands-on experience in Manufacturing operations
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance in a beverage manufacturing plant.
• Experience in the maintenance of pumps in a beverage processing environment will be an added advantage.
