Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with the TIRE 1 supervisor
- Serve as the main point of contact for strategic retail partners to ensure consistent communication and satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance, negotiate trade terms, and ensure timely execution of promotions and product visibility initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed set targets.
- Set clear performance objectives and monitor individual and team progress.
- Foster a collaborative culture that supports accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the modern trade channel.
- Develop and implement trade marketing and activation strategies to increase brand presence and sales volume.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and recommend actionable strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
- Monitor account profitability, discount structures, and credit exposure.
- Ensure all trade activities align with the company's financial policies and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure product availability and smooth execution of market programs.
- Track and report key account KPIs, promotional performance, and ROI on initiatives.
- Uphold high standards of market presentation, customer service, and brand representation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales or key account management, with 3 years working with TIRE 1 outlets.
- Possession of a valid driving license and personal vehicle (logbook in the candidate’s name) is required.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
