JOB TITLE: ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR
REPORTS TO: OFFICE MANAGER AND CCO
DEPARTMENT: SALES
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Business Development:
- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B and B2C e-commerce companies.
- Develop and nurture relationships with e-commerce partners to drive sales and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage seller centers where required.
- Analysis and negotiation of contracts for new customers.
Product Listings and Content Management:
- Work closely with e-commerce partners to create and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Optimize product listings for search engines and improve product descriptions.
- Manage product images, videos, and other multimedia content.
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
- Collaborate with e-commerce partners to process online orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure on-time shipment of products.
- Address and resolve order-related issues or inquiries from customers.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and managing customer feedback for e-commerce partners.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
Sales Support:
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce sales metrics and performance for e- commerce partners.
- Implement sales promotions, discounts, and other marketing strategies in collaboration with e-commerce partners.
- Assist e-commerce partners with product selection and purchasing decisions.
- Create and align marketing calendars with customers
- Monitoring and implementing JBP terms and targets
- Visit customers and attend events as required
- Following up and ensuring that customer payments are on time
Market Research:
- Stay up to date with e-commerce industry trends, competitors, and market
- Identify opportunities for product expansion and improvements to enhance the online shopping experience.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate reports on e-commerce sales and performance for e-commerce
- Maintain records and documentation related to product listings, orders, and customer communications with e-commerce
Stock Management:
- Managing stock levels internally as well as externally
- Reconciling stocks regularly on-site and offsite
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, sales, or
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and sales
- Ability to create and manage strong relationships with customers
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
