Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Trade Sales Representative to drive sales growth in the trade channel. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the trade channel, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and reach sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including sales forecasts, market insights, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and manage sales budgets, expenses, and profitability targets for the trade channel.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making and product development efforts.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote products and build brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or related field from a reputed institute.
  • 5+ years of experience in FMCD, telecom, sleep solutions, or furniture industry.
  • Work experience in central region is a must.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
