We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Trade Sales Representative to drive sales growth in the trade channel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the trade channel, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and reach sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including sales forecasts, market insights, and performance metrics.
- Monitor and manage sales budgets, expenses, and profitability targets for the trade channel.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making and product development efforts.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote products and build brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or related field from a reputed institute.
- 5+ years of experience in FMCD, telecom, sleep solutions, or furniture industry.
- Work experience in central region is a must.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
