BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER –CONSTRUCTION

Reporting to: General Manager- Construction Sector

Direct Reports: Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategic plan
• Develop and maintain new business and achieve set yearly sales targets.
• Keep accurate Sales records and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the management.
• Maintain strong and good customer relations and rapport through regular visits, “Korogas, meets, painters trainings, Counter staff trainings.
• Collect market intelligence and regularly submit competitors’ information on pricing and promotion activities to Management.
• Organize customer, painters & counter staff training as per the target set
• Carry out public relations activities with designated customers.
• Lead the implementation of EHS, QMS and other continual improvement initiatives.
• Supervise mentor, coach and appraise staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in commerce or business administration from a recognized university. ii.
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management from a recognized institution.
• At least 5 years’ experience in construction
