Role Purpose:
To assist and in the day to day operations of the Sales & Marketing department and offering support to the Sales & Marketing Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To assist Sales & Marketing Manager in developing new markets and maintaining existing clients
- Executing marketing strategies and activities for sales growth, expansion of market shares as well as new business development
- Meeting customer satisfaction by providing efficient customer service including handling and follow up on enquiries & complaints, payment monitoring, etc.
- Able to work independently in collaborating with factory and overseas customers regarding shipment / order, technical matters and complaints
- Receiving customer enquiries and through the company website and responding to them
- Oversee daily processing of orders and confirming to client based on availability
- Weekly estimates of freight and confirm status on daily basis based on availability
- Ensure that all prepared invoices are accurate with special attention to the price, product name and Airway Bill Number
- Liaise with other department heads on matters relating to processing and marketing
- Proactively look out for new clients through the company website, training and seminars attended and responding to enquiries
- Any other duties as may be assigned by management Help in evaluation and efficiency improvement in processing
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in marketing / business studies or related discipline
- 3 Years fresh sales experience,Airline sales or any multination with oversees client experience
- Matured personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good in organizing own schedule to meet task deadlines
- Computer literate and familiar with MS Office application
