Support in HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle)

Prepare payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance

Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and HRIS

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies

Support performance management and KPI tracking

Generate HR reports and support decision-making

Promote workplace discipline, professionalism, and compliance

Support occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business-related field supplemented by a Higher
- Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- CHRP-K (Certified Human Resource Professional) is a mandatory requirement.
- Valid membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Deep understanding of the Kenya Employment Act (2007)
