Job Description
Key Activities:
● Manage and expand a pipeline of new leads
● Lead the prospective/new customer acquisition process from “lead to close”
● Support immediate post-sales activities as a primary customer contact
● Prepare and facilitate customer hand-over.
Specific Responsibilities:
1.Business Development
● Meet and exceed sales target of new monthly recurring revenue by building sales pipeline of qualified opportunities, articulating value proposition, and delivering winning solutions
● Manage assigned account base and territory to overachieve net new Monthly Recurring Revenue targets
● Partner with cross-functional teams on strategy and execution to drive adoption, increase productivity, and reduce/eliminate customer churn.
● Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach ● Identify potential service delivery, operations, and performance gaps, while driving initiatives for improvement
2. Customer Management
● Meet with clients and prospects to maintain and grow long-lasting relationships.
● Engage with vendors and partners to create go-to-market strategies with their sales teams
● Hand-over closed business to the Customer Implementation / Operations team
3. People Management
● Lead and grow a team of top talent and deliver productivity that consistently exceeds standards and objectives.
● Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain top talent, while providing career development and performance management.
● Build a strong cross-functional operating cadence with team to discuss pipeline, forecasting, deal review, execution, and revenue
1 realization.
● Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for resolving them
4. Proper Information Maintenance
● Maintain up to date and accurate information on all customer and sales activity in ZohoCRM.
● Manage opportunities in compliance with Sales processes and policies and Sales standards of performance.
5. Learning and Development
● Keep abreast of industry news, market trends, and the competitive landscape
6. Business Support
● Support ongoing corporate strategy and initiatives while promoting the company’s core values
7. Additional Responsibilities
● Perform any additional duties assigned by your Line Manager
● Assist in any other activities that may be required to help your colleagues, from time-to-time

Experience, Knowledge, & Qualification Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you should have the following:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years of related working experience, preferably in the data centre, telecommunications, IT, or technology fields.
● Excellent communication skills including the ability to articulate, document and present concepts, and action plans, to various levels, both internally and externally.
● Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Analytical problem-solving skills to present straight forward solutions.
● Self-motivated, independent, resourceful, and adaptable.
● Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
● Willingness and ability to travel as required
