QUALITY & OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

We are seeking a Quality & Operations Specialist to strengthen our quality control processes while supporting the wider production and operational cycle.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of end-to-end quality management, from raw material sourcing and supplier management through formulation, production, testing, packaging, and final product release.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality control standards and procedures.
• Monitor quality across raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Conduct and coordinate product testing and quality inspections.
• Work closely with procurement, suppliers, production, and operations teams to address quality issues.
• Support chemical formulation, mixing, production, and process improvement activities.
• Investigate quality deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure products meet required quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in quality control/assurance within a tissues, wet wipes or soap manufacturing
• Good understanding of chemical formulation, production processes, and laboratory testing.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement.
• Ability to work across quality, production, procurement, and operations functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
