Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth while strengthening brand equity across assigned Key Accounts.
- Deliver sales volume, revenue, and operating income targets for the full portfolio of beverage and fresh produce products within designated retail chains.
- Develop and execute annual business plans for assigned Key Account chains.
- Create, negotiate, and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and supply agreements with Modern Trade partners.
- Ensure demand planning accuracy by maintaining optimal stock levels across all accounts and stores, monitoring SKU performance, and providing reliable sales forecasts.
- Manage the timely collection of accounts receivable from assigned Key Accounts in accordance with agreed trading terms.
- Plan and execute Key Account marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, consumer engagement, and trade pricing compliance.
- Oversee third-party merchandising and sales agencies, conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure service excellence.
- Utilize Sales Automation and CRM systems to improve account management, reporting, and sales effectiveness.
- Lead new product listings and successful market introductions across assigned accounts.
- Review, approve, and sign off on annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key customers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (preferably with a Marketing specialization), or a related field.
- 5-7 years of sales experience, at least 3 years in key account management in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment
- Possession of a clean and valid driving license, with a minimum of 3 years of continuous driving experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with proven ability to analyze data and prepare accurate and insightful reports.
