Job Description
Overall, Purpose of the Job
The role will provide focused coverage on high-potential opportunities, ensuring sustainable sales growth, timely collections, and consistent customer engagement. The focus of the role is to drive business growth through proactive acquisition of new customers and systematic reactivation of dormant accounts across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
•Manage new leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients.
•Ensure revenue targets per customer are achieved.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and increase trading frequency.
• Handle customer issues.
• Maximize sales share within every account
Credit Support
• Drive timely collection of payments for allocated accounts.
• Ensure accounts remain within approved credit terms
Sales & Market Engagement
• Achieve sales budgets for allocated accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competition.
• Collaborate with marketing to tailor client proposals.
• Arrange meetings between client decision-makers and company leadership
Reporting
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales plans and activity reports.
• Share and review performance.
• Update all customer interactions on CRM (Zoho).

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business-related field (minimum).
