Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking to fill the above role. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the business applications through its incident management, change management, deployment management, end user support, month-end support, GCC management, applications, and database management services.
He/she will direct IT services related to the operation, performance, and availability of the database and change management of IT services. Direct and manage the planning, development, installation, testing, modification, and evaluation of all databases and related client services and reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Enhancing functionality of current applications, including the ERP, to cater to new business needs through the development and deployment of new solutions.
- Ensuring that end users using Oracle ERP can accomplish their business objectives.
- Ensuring that end users using Windows-based applications can accomplish their business objectives.
- Managing the planning, development, installation, testing, modification, and evaluation of all databases and related client services and reporting.
- Ensuring that installed applications running on the databases work as expected and that database integrity is maintained.
- Managing IT services related to database operation, performance, and availability, and change management of IT services.
- Ensuring Compliance with Corporate IT Policy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in IT/ Computer Science or related Field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12, preferred handling Financial and Supply Chain modules setups and customizations.
- SQL query writing / Report development and deployment within an ERP platform.
- Proficient in Data processing systems, Networking, and Systems Development.
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of the installed applications.
