Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee daily apartment operations and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Set operational objectives and implement efficient operating practices.

Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote services.

Advise management on pricing and expenditure control through market analysis.

Manage basic financial records, including receipts and expenditures.

Ensure high standards of customer service and timely resolution of guest enquiries.

Supervise housekeeping and overall facility cleanliness.

Assign duties, schedule shifts, train staff, and monitor performance.

Coordinate maintenance, report damages, and follow up on repairs.

Manage guest stay extensions and payment follow-ups.

Oversee gym and swimming pool memberships and access.
-
Prepare and submit fortnightly operational reports.
-
Remain available on call and maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in hospitality management or business management
- 2+ year’s work experience in a similar role in a hotel chain/ serviced apartment background.
