Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily apartment operations and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.

  • Set operational objectives and implement efficient operating practices.

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote services.

  • Advise management on pricing and expenditure control through market analysis.

  • Manage basic financial records, including receipts and expenditures.

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and timely resolution of guest enquiries.

  • Supervise housekeeping and overall facility cleanliness.

  • Assign duties, schedule shifts, train staff, and monitor performance.

  • Coordinate maintenance, report damages, and follow up on repairs.

  • Manage guest stay extensions and payment follow-ups.

  • Oversee gym and swimming pool memberships and access.

  • Prepare and submit fortnightly operational reports.

  • Remain available on call and maintain confidentiality of organizational information.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in hospitality management or business management
  • 2+ year’s work experience in a similar role in a hotel chain/ serviced apartment background.
