Our client is a leading Supermarket, Wholesale and FMCG Distributor group in Nakuru is seeking to fill the role of a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining viable relations with customers
• Business and market development
• Coaching, training and development of the sales force.
• Conducting market surveys and studying consumer trends.
• Development and executing sales driven promotions.
• Development and execution of Sales & Marketing strategies.
• Driving sales volumes and ensuring sales growth
• Leading and supervising a sales team to ensure achievement of the sales targets
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate trade competitive activities.
• Performance management for the sales team

The preferred candidate should have :

• Degree / Diploma  in Sales & Marketing  or related field.
• Conversant with both digital and service marketing
• Experience of at least 1 year in a managerial position.
• Excellent Communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good organizational skills with a customer oriented approach
• Having worked in a similar industry will be an added advantage.
